DESCRIPTION:We often say that ENGAGE is called to the intersection of faith
  and the arts. We're honored to partner with Covenant-affiliated ministry 
 NCircle and the JOCO Department of Corrections to offer classes at the JOC
 O Adult Corrections Facility in Gardner\, KS. This semester\, we're offeri
 ng Fine Arts and Creative Writing. These courses are designed to give clie
 nts another tool to process their life and faith and to aid in recovery. T
 he course supports NCircle's overall mission of connecting people to comm
 unity opportunities to end the cycle of incarceration and stabilize famili
 es and futures. \nRachel Miller teaches the Fine Arts course.\nJessica Fi
 ck teaches the Creative Writing course.\nFrequency\n8-week courses offered
  in the Spring and Fall. \nNeeds\n\nClassroom hosts who attend the course
 \, interact with students and support to the teacher.  No experience is n
 eeded! \n\nSnack donations.\nFinancial donations to cover the cost of cla
 sses. We offer two courses during the Spring &amp\; Fall semesters. Each c
 lass costs approx. $1\,300 (covers the cost of an instructor and supplies)
